Enrollment and Submission of Application

Submission of application can be done through either of the following methods:

 

A. In person or by post

Download the application form from our website or collect it at our school in person. Return the form together with a copies of:

  1. The applicant’s birth certificate
  2. Address proof (e.g. water bill, phone bill, gas bill or phone bill)
  3. Four 4”x9” envelopes (each must include a HK$4 stamp)
  4. HK$40 application fee with cheque payable to ‘Ming Wai International Preschool’.

B. Via the internet

Parents please prepare and upload the following documents:

  1. Scanned copy of the birth certificate (A4 size)
  2. A recent photo of the applicant
  3. Scanned copy of the address proof (e.g. water bill or phone bill) (A4 size)
  4. HK$40 application fee and HK$20 postage paid (including four returned envelopes each with a HK$4 stamp) by credit card. Fees are non-refundable.

*Uploaded documents should be in .JPG／.GIF／.PNG or .PDF format and cannot exceed 2 MB.

 

Remarks:

  1. If the child was not born in Hong Kong, please provide a copy of the passport, including the pages showing the applicant photo, name and permitted length of stay.
  2. If you have successfully completed your application, you will receive a confirmation email from the school.
  3. Fees are non-refundable.
  4. Our school will not be responsible for any undelivered mail due to the insufficient stamp fees.
